Find the ads that use your name without you.

Fake shops and scam pages run ads with your logo and your name. Search the libraries for your brand, separate your own accounts from everybody else's, and get notified when a new copy appears.

The problem

  • Copies look like the real account

Impersonators reuse your name, logo and offers. In the library they sit next to your genuine ads.

  • They come back under new names

When one page is taken down, the next one starts with a slightly different name and a fresh domain.

  • Evidence disappears

Once a scam ad stops, the library hides it. Takedown requests and legal cases need the record.

How it works with AdLib

  1. 01

    Know your own accounts

Resolve your domain to the ad accounts that really belong to you. Low-confidence matches come back as candidates, not as yours.

    curl "https://api.adlibapi.com/v1/advertisers/resolve?domain=yourbrand.com" \
      -H "X-API-Key: $ADLIB_API_KEY"
  2. 02

Search for your brand in everyone's ads

Search ad text across platforms for your brand name and compare each advertiser with your own list. Anything else is worth a look.

    curl "https://api.adlibapi.com/v1/search?q=yourbrand&platform=meta,tiktok&status=active" \
      -H "X-API-Key: $ADLIB_API_KEY"
  3. 03

    Keep the evidence

Ads we have seen stay in our archive with their dates and archived images, also after the platform removes them, ready for a takedown request.

What it costs

A daily search on two platforms with a few dozen hits stays well inside Starter.

Questions

How do I find scam ads that use my brand?
Search the public ad libraries for your brand name and compare the advertisers behind the results with your own ad accounts. AdLib does both across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and X, and keeps the ads after they stop.
Can AdLib take impersonation ads down?
No. We find and document them; takedowns go through each platform's reporting process. The archived ad, its dates and images support the report.
Does AdLib show who paid for an ad?
For ads shown in the EU, Meta and other platforms publish the payer and beneficiary under the Digital Services Act, and AdLib returns them with the ad.
