Promoted pins from Pinterest's Ads Repository by advertiser or domain, with title, description, landing page, targeting and reach ranges.

Coverage
30 countries: the EU, Norway, Turkey and Brazil. Not the UK, Switzerland or the US. Searches go back about one year.
Price
1 credit per ad. 1 credit per delivered ad. A live search page costs at most 5 credits, however many ads it returns. Ads last shown more than 12 months ago cost double. Empty, cached and failed results are free.
Status
Pinterest publishes no active flag, and its end date lags about ten days behind. status is unknown; use last_shown and our last_seen_by_us with your own rule.

Find ads by

  • Advertiser name (advertiser=…), matched to Pinterest's advertiser list
  • Advertiser id (advertiser=pinterest:<name>): the repository's advertiser name
  • Domain (domain=nike.com), checked against the website on the advertiser's Pinterest profile
  • Ad id (GET /v1/ads/pinterest:{pin id})
  • Our archive (source=history)

Filters

What to do with it

  • See which interests and age groups a home or fashion brand targets on Pinterest.
  • Watch a retailer's promoted pins per country and get alerts on new ones.

Limits

  • One country per search. Searching all 30 countries means 30 searches.
  • No keyword search: start from an advertiser or a domain.
  • The advertiser id is the advertiser's name in the repository, since Pinterest filters by name only.
