Your competitors' search ads, with every change.

Google's Transparency Center and Microsoft's Ad Library show the text ads advertisers run. AdLib returns them as data, filtered to Google Search, and records each new headline or landing page.

  • In-house paid search teams
  • SEO and PPC tools

The problem

  • The Transparency Center is built for browsing

You can look at one advertiser at a time, with no keyword search across advertisers and no export.

  • Copy changes go unnoticed

Search ads change headlines and offers often. Without your own record you only ever see the current version.

  • Two engines, two tools

Google and Microsoft each have their own library, with different fields and countries.

How it works with AdLib

  1. 01

Get a competitor's Google Search ads

placement=search keeps only ads that ran on Google Search, worldwide.

    curl "https://api.adlibapi.com/v1/search?domain=competitor.com&platform=google&placement=search" \
      -H "X-API-Key: $ADLIB_API_KEY"
  2. 02

    Follow their copy changes

Every change of headline, description or landing page is a new version with dates.

    curl "https://api.adlibapi.com/v1/advertisers/google:AR18378488041124659201/changes?since=2026-10-01&types=changed" \
      -H "X-API-Key: $ADLIB_API_KEY"
  3. 03

    Add Microsoft Bing (beta)

Microsoft's EU/EEA Ad Library, in the same format. It is in beta while Microsoft's service limits make it slow.

    curl "https://api.adlibapi.com/v1/search?q=running%20shoes&platform=microsoft&country=DE" \
      -H "X-API-Key: $ADLIB_API_KEY"

What it costs

Questions

Can I search Google ads by keyword?
Google's Transparency Center has no keyword search; AdLib finds advertisers by name or domain. Keyword search works on Microsoft's library and in AdLib's archive.
Which countries?
Google: worldwide, filterable by country. Microsoft: EU/EEA countries, because Microsoft publishes its library under the Digital Services Act.
Do I see keywords or bids?
No platform publishes them. You see the ads, landing pages, dates and, for Google, the countries and surfaces they ran on.
